60 Day Trial Period
Payment Plans
If you're unsure about a painting, try it in your space for 60 days and pay only 25% of the price. If you don’t love it, simply ship it back and receive a full refund.
Please be aware that if the painting is damaged due to careless packing practices, you will be responsible for paying the full price. If you are unsure how to safely and easily ship paintings, refer to this video. Many shipping providers also offer packing services if you are worried about handling the item yourself.
This policy is in place to prevent damage during transportation, not to cause concern. If the painting is damaged despite adequate packing, you will not be responsible for the fee.
Please note that you can only do one trial period every thirty days.
I understand that investing in paintings can be a significant decision. However, you have the option to space out payments into smaller bi-monthly or monthly intervals. If you need more time, such as quarterly payments, adjustments can be made as well.
Please be aware that if payments are not made, legal repercussions will be taken. If it becomes financially unviable to continue the payment plan, it can be altered, or the painting can be returned.
It's crucial to ensure that the painting is packed properly. Any damage due to inadequate packing practices will require a full payment of the painting's original price. Refer to this video for instructions. Many shipping services offer additional services if you are concerned about damaging the piece during transit.
All of the paintings online are set at full price, however, you can email me @abbys-artz@outlook.com and you can take home a masterpiece today, your way.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds are available within thirty days after purchase; however, they will only be issued for reasonable causes such as damage or misleading product information. Refunds will not be granted for purely stylistic or personal reasons. If you have design concerns, consider enlisting in the trial period first.
To request a refund, please email me at abby-artz@outlook.com with at least two sentences explaining the reason for the refund. If the refund is requested due to misleading information, please provide specific and evident details. Pictures are required if a refund is requested due to damage.
Prints
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to abby_artz@outlook.com, providing a specific reason in two or more sentences. Please be prepared to provide pictures as evidence if needed.
Refunds

If the print arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow the refund policy above. You will be sent another print, or get your money back.
Commissions
Payment is currency accepted through PayPal and Venmo. Once the customer has submitted an application and emailed me photos, I will provide the price. The customer will pay and I will start on the commission Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% once the piece is finished.
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission, however there are certain exceptions:
- If I fail to complete the piece before a discussed deadline you can be eligible for a full refund. If you still want to keep the piece regardless, a 50% refund will be issued.
-If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
-If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

All orders will take approximately 1 week to process and ship. As a one-person operation, my processing time is slower than that of large corporations like Amazon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for orders shipped outside the United States. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival in your country.
Please familiarize yourself with any customs or import regulations that may apply to your country. If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, you may still opt to pay the fees to have it reshipped.
I am not liable for any misunderstandings or non-payment of customs fees on the customer's behalf.
